MEMBERSHIP

     All Arizona healthcare auxiliaries service leagues, guilds, volunteer departments or other volunteer groups are eligible for membership. In the absence of a membership group at a given healthcare facility, we accept individual members.

     Membership is obtained by payment of annual dues for the calendar year, and includes membership in the appropriate regional group as well as in the state organization. Membership forms for the ensuing year are sent in the fall to the auxiliary or volunteer office of each hospital in the state.
