All rooms are subject to a 10.85% privilege surcharge (subject to change without notice).
Group rate will be valid three (3) days pre and post event dates, based upon availability.
Check-in time is 3:00p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
If a group participant arrives prior to 3:00 pm, rooms will be assigned as they become available.
This right is reserved and subject to availability.
RESERVATIONS METHOD: Individual call-ins to be made by: September 17, 2010 To make reservations please have your participants� call-in their reservations to 1-800-967-4637 and ask for the Association of Arizona Healthcare Volunteers room block.
A credit card imprint is required from each attendee at time of check-in. Otherwise, a cash advance of all nights� room and tax, in addition to $50.00 to cover incidental charges, is required. All purchase orders must be on file with Prescott Resort two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
NO SHOWS
A confirmed guest who fails to arrive on their scheduled date will be considered a "no show". One night's room and tax will be billed to the Individual�s Guest Account as a prepaid deposit and will be retained by the Prescott Resort for each guest who does not arrive as scheduled. The Prescott Resort cannot guarantee a room for guests arriving after their scheduled date.
SUNDAY ARRIVALS
Conference packets will be available from 3:00 pm until 6:00pm. Look for the AAHV greeters in the lobby for information.
